Each week on Wordless Wednesday, bloggers around the world post a photo they’ve taken that tells a story. I hope this one will bring to mind a memory or stimulate your imagination. Perhaps it will even inspire you to write — memoir, fiction, or a poem. If it does, please let me know in the comments or by email via the Contact tab on my home page!

What a great capture, Allyson … is the goat sizing her up to take a nibble? The shot and the goat are adorable.
Oh what fun Ally! Somehow, they both seem to have the same expression – kudos to you for capturing it!
Apart from the endearingly quizzical and cheerful expression on the goat’s face, this is also a brilliant study in shades of beige and brown. Lovely composition and colours.
Amazing. It’s like the same expression/mood in both faces. You’ve captured a rare fleeting thing, I think. A lovely snap.
This is lovey — and I love the online conversation it has generated! What fun.
Great photo! And perfect for getting the imagination going.
